This introduction provides a glimpse into the principles of nonviolent communication (NVC) as espoused by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg from The Centre of Nonviolent Communication.
Get a feel for: saying what you feel and need without blame or judgement; listening deeply with insight and empathy; and understanding yourself more compassionately.
